“Healthy Eating Out” is a weekly column on eating well while dining out in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on the website www.ajc.com/health. The column also appears nationwide in newspapers distributed by Cox News Service. You can read some of my recent columns in Healthy Reads.

Good Eats
I’m “The Lady of the Refrigerator” on Alton Brown’s Food Network series, Good Eats. The LOTR is a recurring nutrition expert character who appears when Alton opens the fridge. She’s dressed in an ice blue gown and glittery jewels (Picture) and frosts up the screen in such beloved episodes as Olive Me, Feelin Peachy, Where’s the Corn Beef? and Behind the Eats. Yes, Alton is as smart and smart-alecky as he acts on the show!
Recipe Contributor - "The best Life Diet"
Recipe Contributor for the best selling book “The Best Life Diet” by Oprah’s Personal Trainer Bob Greene, Simon & Schuster. What a thrill to work with Bob and develop recipes for his book. Hope Oprah liked them!! Hope you will, too. Here’s a link to my recipes chosen for the book.
Everwell TV
Dietitian for Food Rescue segment shown on Everwell TV, a service provided to doctor’s offices, hospitals and other health care centers for patient education and entertainment. Each Food Rescue features someone with a nutrition related health problem and then Carolyn is assigned the mission to rescue them from their bad diet habits. View recent episodes in Media Gallery.

Featured on board special interest lecturer presenting “How to Stay Ship Shape on Your Cruise.”
