OK, how many years did it take for me to learn this easy way to dice celery? I saw a chef on Instagram (sorry I can’t remember who!) quickly, easily dice celery by washing the whole bunch and then just slicing through the bunch little by little with a chef’s knife to create an easy dice!

Just dice what you need and close up the plastic package and pop it back in the fridge. After all, I am the Lady of the Refrigerator on Alton Brown’s Good Eats on Food Network!
